Export Booking Data

Provider Admins and Caseworkers can export Bookings data for all appointments linked to their Locations. All data on the Bookings page will be exported by default, or filters can be added to narrow down this information.

 

To export Bookings data

  1. Log in to Find Your Ally as a Provider Admin or Caseworker.
  2. Click Bookings in the left navigation sidebar. 
  3. Click the Download Data button below the list.
  4. (Optional) Deselect any checkboxes to omit that data from your export.
  5. Click Export. A pop-up notice will appear in the top right corner of the screen when the export is in progress.
  6. After a moment, click the notification bell button to open the Notifications side bar.
  7. A notification will be listed that your export is complete, with download options for CSV or Excel.
