Connect Calendar and Zoom Accounts Calendar Connections Google Calendar Outlook Calendar Zoom Connections Calendar ConnectionsConnecting the Google or Outlook Calendar will allow for appointment information to move from the Find Your Ally Appointment System to the linked Calendar. Calendar connections can be made in step 4 of the Caseworker profile. One-way calendar connections only communicate appointment from Find Your Ally to the calendar. Two-way calendar connections will also bring busy information from the linked Calendar into the Find Your Ally appointment portal to prevent appointments from being book at those times. Shared calendar connections are possible where one Calendar is shared with multiple caseworkers. The first time the connection is made, it will need to be indicated as shared. Subsequent connections can select that calendar from the dropdown. Each shared connection can use a different sub-calendar. Google CalendarGoogle Calendar connections can be made using OAuth credentials provided by the Foundation for California Community Colleges. Choose what type of connection (New or Existing, One-way or Two-way). Click the "Sign in with Google" button and enter your Google Credentials. Because this connection is not published for all Google users, you may receive a warning about security. It is safe to proceed. Select the appropriate sub-calendar from the drop down. Click on Finish or Update Caseworker button to save changes. Outlook CalendarOutlook Calendar connection credentials are set up by each Provider’s IT team through Azure Administration. Choose what type of connection (New or Existing, One-way or Two-way). If Outlook credentials have already been set up, inquire with other members of your team and add the credentials to your Find Your Ally Account. Support does have some of these credentials. Feel free to reach out to lsapsupport@foundationccc.org for assistance. If new credentials need to be made, please connect your IT team with support. Once the credentials are added to Find Your Ally, click to connect and authenticate with your Outlook (Office 365) login credentials. MFA may be required depending on your organization's settings. Select the appropriate sub-calendar from the drop down. Click on the Finish or Update Caseworker button to save changes. Zoom ConnectionsA Zoom account can be linked so that any appointments made with a Caseworker and have Zoom enabled will automatically generate a Zoom Meeting ID (and password) within the linked Zoom account.Shared Zoom accounts are tricky. The first time that the Zoom account is connected, it must be set up as a shared connection. After the original shared connection is made, this connection can be used with other Caseworkers or Locations. Please reach out to our Support Team at lsapsupport@foundationccc.org for details on how to connect one Zoom account to multiple people (caseworkers) or places (campus locations).Links to other help articles on the topic Link a Zoom account to a Caseworker Link a Zoom account to a Location Was this article helpful?
