Locations Settings The Locations Settings page allows Provider Administrators to view all locations, search for or filter for specific locations, and add/edit/archive/delete locations. To access the Locations Settings page, click on Locations in the left-hand navigation menu. Search BarProvider admins can search for a specific location in the list by typing in the Search bar. Click on the Search icon to bring up the Search bar. For example, type "Northside" in the Search bar. To bring back the full list, click the x in the Search bar or click Clear All to remove all filters. View All LocationsTo view All Locations (including Draft and Inactive Locations), click on the Filter icon and apply the appropriate filters. FiltersTo view additional filter options, click on the Filter icon. Search: This can be used to filter for a specific Location name by typing in the Search bar. Status: This can be used to filter by Status by clicking on Select all or individually select Active, Inactive (Archive), and/or Draft. Click Filter at the bottom to apply the filters. Add LocationTo create a new location, click on Add Location.Type out the Location Name and Search Aliases. Location InformationThe Location Information is pulled into the automated email and SMS communications. The email and telephone number are provided to clients that are not able to find an appointment that meets their schedule or need assistance with their appointment.Fill out the Location Information, which includes the following: Contact E-mail Phone Number Guided Pathway Main Campus Location Address UndocuLiaisonFill out the UndocuLiaison contact information. The name, pronouns, phone, and email of the Location's UndocuLiaison can be edited. There is an option to include a URL to the location's resources. The UndocuLiaison details are automatically displayed to clients after booking and included in appointment confirmation emails. Engagement SettingsEngagement Settings allow Provider Administrators to: Enable Caseworker Selection View Name of Caseworker During Booking Allow Language Selection Before Service Selection Enable Caseworker SelectionIf a location has multiple caseworkers, appointments can be grouped together or listed by individual caseworker.Caseworker names can be shown or hidden during booking by toggling the Enable Caseworker Selection option.Enabling Casework Selection adds a step to the appointment booking process, requiring clients to choose a Caseworker after selecting a location and service.View Name of Caseworker During Booking View name of caseworker during booking will include the name of the Caseworker in the appointment summary above the intake form. Caseworker names can be shown or hidden during booking by toggling the Enable Caseworker Selection option. Allow Language Selection Before Services SelectionOnce all settings have been finalized, click Save & Publish. Click on Edit Location to make changes to the newly created location or click on Back to Locations to return to the Locations list.Edit LocationTo edit a Location, click on any Location Name in the list or click on the three dots to the right of the status and click on Edit.Edit the location details as needed.Click Save Draft to keep changes without publishing, or Save & Publish to make them live.Archive LocationTo edit a locations' status, click on Active or on the three dots to the right of the status. Click on Edit Status.Select Inactive (Archive) from the Status dropdown.Click Submit to save.Delete LocationTo delete a Location, click on the three dots to the right of the status and click on Delete Selected.Click Delete to confirm.
