Remove Access to the Find Your Ally Appointment Portal OverviewIf someone transitions out of their role and no longer needs access to the Find Your Ally appointment portal, there are two steps to ensure that they no longer have access to the information in the system: Remove Location access or permissions in the system. This will allow the user to login, but they will not be able to access any Appointment, Location, Service, Caseworker, or Availability information. For individuals transitioning out of a Provider Administration role: remove any assigned Locations. For individuals transitioning out of a Caseworker role: remove any active Locations. Send an email to lsapsupport@foundationccc.org with the user’s email and instructions to archive the account. Archiving a user will maintain past data in the system, but prevents the user from accessing any part of the scheduling portal.InstructionsRemove Access for a Provider Administrator Navigate to the Location Edit Screen where the individual is assigned as a Provider Administrator.
