Add a New Provider Administrator

A Provider Administrator has access to:

  • Adjust the settings for service(s) and assigned campus location(s).
  • Caseworkers' availability settings for assigned campus locations.
  • Data about appointments/bookings made at assigned campus locations.
  • Create, edit, and archive automated email and SMS messages for assigned campus locations.

Provider Administrators can:

  • Add new Provider Administrator accounts at assigned campus locations.
  • Add new Caseworker accounts for assigned campus locations.
  • Transition a Caseworker account to a Provider Administrator account at assigned campus locations.

How to Add a New Provider Admin Video

To create a new Provider Administrator as a Provider Admin:
  1. Log in to your Provider Admin account at findyourally.com.
  2. Navigate to the Home Dashboard by clicking on Home in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Scroll down to find the User Management section for Admins.

  4. Click on the New + button next to the Admins section.

  5. Complete the Add Provider Administrator User form with the required information:

    • Username
    • Email
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Password

    Note: Check the box to Allow access to SMS and Email templates if appropriate. This will allow the new Provider Administrator to view, add, edit, and archive SMS and Email communications for all of the campus locations assigned to a Provider Organization. De-select Allow access to SMS and Email templates if this access is not needed.

  6. Click on the Add Admin button to finalize the process.
  7. Check the list to ensure the new admin appears in the Admins section.

Note: If the individual will continue to serve as a Caseworker, be sure to add them as a Provider Administrator to the Locations where they are serving as a Caseworker. This will allow the Provider Administrator access to that Caseworker Settings for Availability and Appointments.
