Retrieve Your Zoom CredentialsLinking a Zoom account to Find Your Ally requires specific OAuth credentials (a Client ID and Client Secret). Action: Follow the steps in the Obtain OAuth Credentials for a Zoom Connection guide and scroll to the App Credentials section to find these values. Note: If you do not have developer-level permissions for your organization's Zoom account, you will likely need to contact your IT Department to complete this step. 2. Access the Caseworker Profile Log in to findyourally.com as a Provider Administrator or Caseworker. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Caseworkers (or Availability). Click the Name of the caseworker you wish to link to enter their profile. Navigate to Step 4: Connections of the Caseworker flow. 3. Create the New Connection Scroll to the Zoom connection section at the bottom of the page. Expand the Zoom connection accordion and click New Connection. Toggle on 'Build your own connection'. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from your Zoom credentials and paste them into the corresponding fields. Click Connect. 4. Authorize and Verify Sharing Preference: Leave the 'Allow other Caseworkers to share this connection' toggled off if this Zoom account is for this caseworker only, or toggle on if it will be shared by multiple staff members. Permissions: On the Zoom authorization page, check the box to "Allow the app to use shared access permissions" and click Allow.
