Logging in for the first time as a Provider Administrator

Set up MFA

#FindYourAlly allows for a 63 day grace period to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), sometimes called Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) that begins on the day that your account was created. Be sure to set up the MFA to maintain security and access to your account. If you do get locked out, please reach out to lsapsupport@foundationccc.org for assistance in adding time to the grace period.

Confirm Access to Campus Locations

Provider Administrators are assigned to campus location(s). The assigned campus(es) then allows for access to all of the other information and settings for appointments:

  • Managing the caseworker availability for those campus locations
  • Viewing data about the appointments/bookings made at those campus locations.
  • Adjusting the service(s) settings
  • Viewing, adding, editing, archiving SMS and Email communications sent from Find Your Ally
  • Adjusting other appointment settings for the assigned campus location(s).

To confirm that you have the correct access, review the list of campus locations. The list can be found on the dashboard in the Locations & Services area or through the Locations link in the left-hand navigation menu. If any campuses are missing, reach out to a Provider Admin peer at your organization to add you to additional campuses or ask for assistance through the support email at lsapsupport@foundationccc.org.

Review the Left-Hand Navigation Menu

Review the contents of the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen. The navigation menu can be hidden by clicking on the Collapse Menu link at the bottom. If the menu is hidden, it can be expanded by clicking on the arrow that will be found at the bottom of the hidden menu.

A brief summary of each of the navigation menu links:
