Availability Not Displaying Correctly in Client View

If availability is not showing correctly for clients, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue.

✅ Step 1: Check Unavailability Settings

Review unavailability entries at the following levels:
  • Location
  • Service
  • Caseworker
⚠️ If any of these sections contain a large quantity of unavailability, especially due to two-way calendar syncs, the system may misinterpret availability and display it incorrectly.

🔧 Recommended Fix:

  • Switch from two-way to one-way calendar sync.
  • Delete existing unavailability entries.
  • If needed, re-add unavailability monthly to avoid system overload.

✅ Step 2: Review Inactive Caseworkers

Sometimes, the system still reads availability/unavailability from inactive caseworkers, which can cause confusion in the client view.

🔧 Recommended Fix:

  • Delete all availability and unavailability entries associated with inactive caseworkers.

💡 Tips

  • Keep calendar syncs simple and clean.
  • Avoid bulk unavailability entries unless absolutely necessary.
  • Regularly audit inactive users to prevent scheduling conflicts.
