Overview of SMS Text Messages The Find Your Ally appointment portal can send SMS text messages to clients who opt-in during the booking process. Providers can create and manage SMS text messages templates and customize the information within the automated response. Note that SMS text messages are sent from an unmonitored phone number. Find Your Ally supports two types of SMS templates:SMS Template: Individual message bodies sent automatically when a specific appointment action occurs. You can customize the text for each scenario:Confirmation (sent after an appointment is booked)Cancellation (sent after an appointment is canceled)Reschedule (sent after an appointment is changed or updated)Reminder (sent before an appointment, multiple reminders can be scheduled)Pending (sent if the Location Setting is adjusted to "manually confirm each appointment")No Show (sent if the appointment is marked as a No Show in the #FindYourAlly System)Other (fulfills any other automated or manual communication need)Automated Response Template: Use this to append standard information to the bottom of every outgoing SMS.
