We’ve been listening closely, and the improvements outlined below were released this week directly in response to your input. 📞 New Telephone Appointment TypeA new Telephone Appointment option has been added What’s Included:“Telephone Appointments” can now be added under Services → Categories.Within caseworker availability, users can select:Multiple locationsMultiple servicesTelephone now appears as a third appointment type option within the booking widget.KEY Difference:If Zoom integration is enabled, Telephone Appointments will NOT auto-populate a Zoom link in confirmation emails. Action Required:If you enable Telephone Appointments, please review and update your email templates accordingly. 📆 Caseworker Visibility in Booking WidgetIssue Resolved:Caseworkers were appearing in the booking widget even when they had no availability for a selected campus. What’s Changed:Caseworkers will now only appear in the booking widget if they have availability for that specific location.This applies only when “Enable Caseworker Selection” is toggled on in Location Settings.☑️ Booking Status Field UpdateThe Status field within Booking Details is now editable. 🌴Time Off Tab ImprovementsEnhancements:Added a sortable Caseworker column to the Time Off page.Fixed an issue where caseworkers not associated with your provider were appearing in the Time Off filter.Impact:Cleaner filtering and improved visibility when managing time off.📩 Email Templates TabIssue Resolved:Email templates from other providers were appearing in your Email Templates table. Impact:Providers will now only see their own email templates.🗃️ Booking ExportsCaseworker Name and Zoom Link are now properly populated in booking export.🔖 Caseworker Availability – Save Functionality FixIssue Identified:New caseworker availability blocks appeared correctly in the interface but would not register in the booking widget unless users:Entered Edit ModeClicked “Save Changes”Update:A Save button has been added to the bottom of each availability block form.Availability changes will now persist properly without requiring additional steps.✏️ Availability Edit Button FixResolved:After adding a new availability block, the Edit button sometimes failed to enter edit mode.This issue has been fixed.📊 .xlsx Export FixResolved:Excel (.xlsx) exports were not functioning consistently across downloads.All exports are now working properly.
