We’re excited to share some new updates to Find Your Ally that will make scheduling and client communications even easier.

📱 SMS Notifications

SMS notifications are live again! This feature is back after being temporarily paused during our system transfer, so automated client texts can resume as usual.
Note: We have set all your SMS templates to inactive. Take a moment to review your templates, ensure the content looks correct, and update them so they can go live again.

🧹Custom Shift Deletion

Administrators and caseworkers can now delete custom shifts directly from a caseworker’s availability settings. This cleans up unused or outdated custom shifts from the shift dropdown.

🪧Important Reminder: Email and SMS Language Support

Email and SMS communications currently support English and Spanish.
Please ensure that you create both English and Spanish templates for any email or SMS notifications you plan to use. This ensures clients receive communications in their preferred language when available.
