As you may have noticed, we’ve released the following fixes and improvements throughout this week:
 

📅 Double Booking Issue (Rescheduled Appointments) – Resolved

  • Issue: When a client, admin, or caseworker rescheduled an appointment, the new time slot was not properly blocked in the booking widget, allowing double bookings.
  • Resolution: Rescheduled times now correctly block availability in the booking widget.

🕰️ Custom Shift Rendering – Resolved

  • Issue: When editing an existing availability block and selecting “Create a Custom Shift,” users could complete and populate the custom shift form. However, the custom shift did not appear in the UI and no visible shift block was created unless the user also clicked “Add Shift.”
  • Resolution: Custom shifts now automatically render in the UI and create a visible shift block after completing the “Create a Custom Shift” form. No additional click required.

🪪 Provider Information Templates - Update

  • Phone Number and Email fields are now present in the Provider Information page within the Email Templates tab. You can now populate these fields and they will render for all email templates. 
  • Action Recommended: Review your Provider Information page to ensure details are up to date.

🖼️ Caseworker Profile Picture Error – Resolved

  • Issue: Caseworker Profile picture uploads would result in errors and prevent users from completing the caseworker flow.
  • Resolution: Users can complete the caseworker setup flow without errors.

🏫 Caseworker Address Field - Updated

  • A dedicated Address field has been added to the Caseworker Profile.
  • Updating this field now correctly reflects the caseworker’s address in preview mode.

📖 Booking Widget: Services with Availability Only - Resolved

  • Resolution: The booking widget now displays only services that have availability.

⬇️ Booking Export - Updated

  • Booking exports now include all fields from:
    • Appointment Details
    • Client Details
    • Additional Information

⚙️ Table Column Hide/Unhide – Updated

  • All tables now fully support hide/unhide functionality.
  • Every column can now be toggled on or off.

⭐ Bookings Tab: “Caseworker” Filter Added (Legal Provider Admins) 

  • A Caseworker filter has been added to the Bookings tab for Legal Provider Admin users.

🕰️ Bookings Tab: Full Time Display - Updated

  • The Date column now displays the full appointment time, including minutes.
  • Previously: Feb 25, 2026 4 PM
  • Now: Feb 25, 2026 4:30 PM
