Version 3.1.2 [Released March 6, 2026]

Thank you for your continued collaboration and for sharing feedback with us as we improve the Find Your Ally. Your input has been incredibly helpful in identifying issues and guiding improvements to the platform.
Based on your feedback, we released the following updates and fixes this week.
 

🔁 Rescheduling & Double-Booking - Fix

Resolved an issue where rescheduled appointments were not properly blocking the new time slot, which could cause caseworkers to appear available in the booking widget and lead to double bookings. The system now correctly blocks the updated time after an appointment is rescheduled.
 

🌎 Bookings Export: Language Field - Update

The Language field in the Bookings Export now displays the full language name (e.g., English, Spanish) instead of the previous two-letter abbreviation.
