👍🏽 New Feature: Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication (or two-factor authentication) has been added to the login process. Once the authentication is set up, users can choose to enter the code from the authenticator app or have a code sent to their email.

• Increases security of the system

• Must be set up by July 12, 2023

• Reminder emails will go out periodically

👍🏾 New Feature: Email Templates

• Improve deliverability (won’t be sent to Junk or Spam)

• Customization based on the combination of service and location(s)

• Added information about Provider Organization

👍🏾 New Feature: Spanish Translation

• Public Facing Webpages and Booking workflow

• Note: this may gradually appear over the next week as we add terms and confirm translation on the production site

• Emails and SMS messages in Spanish to follow shortly

👍🏾 New Feature: Weekly Calendar

• Provider Administrators can download a summary of appointments over the next 1 to 10 days.

• Filter by location and date
