New Feature: Preview Appointment Availability as a Caseworker

• Caseworkers now have a quick preview of their availability directly on the Caseworker Dashboard.
• The preview displays services offered, available dates and times, and shows how availability appears to clients booking appointments.
• This view is provided for each location associated with the Caseworker.
• Allows Caseworkers to verify their availability is displaying correctly to clients.

 New Feature: New Read-Only Caseworker Role

• Provider Administrators can now add Caseworkers with read-only permissions:
  • Read-Only Caseworkers can view and edit appointments.
  • Provider Administrators set availability for Read-Only Caseworkers, who cannot modify their assigned availability.
  • Read-Only Caseworkers are clearly labeled for easy identification.

• Provider Administrators, College Users, and Caseworkers now have proper access to the Capacity Report.
  • These roles can view monthly (or weekly) reports showing appointments available, taken, canceled, and utilization percentages.

🐛 Bug Fix: Off Campus option only displays for campuses with Off Campus Services

• Off Campus service option now only appears in the booking flow when a location offers Off Campus services.
  • Virtual and On-campus options are listed by default.
  • Off Campus option appears as a third choice only when available at the selected location.
