New Features 

1. State User Role: We’ve introduced a new State User role designed specifically for stakeholders who need a high-level view of activity. This role includes access to a streamlined overview dashboard, product analytics, and real-time notifications. It’s ideal for users responsible for monitoring statewide performance, tracking engagement trends, and generating summary-level reports for leadership or oversight bodies.

2. Outlook Credential Expiration: Set an expiration date for Outlook calendar credentials on accounts for added security.

3. Availability Dashboard Filters: You can now filter and search within the Availability panel on your dashboard to quickly locate specific Locations, Services, or Timeslots that match your criteria. 

Enhancements

1. Zip Code Search: Removed outdated zip code and city search fields for a more streamlined experience.

2. Calendar View: Inactive caseworkers are now hidden from the calendar view to reduce clutter. 

3. Enhanced SMS Rescheduling: Clients can now select their preferred caseworker directly when rescheduling via SMS.

4. Media Tab: The “Media” tab has been removed from the Provider Admin menu for easier navigation.

5. Disabled Services : Disabled services now display with softer, 50% opacity yellow highlights for improved readability.

6. Rescheduling Logic: Appointment status updates and email notifications are now more accurate when appointments are rescheduled. 

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed: Fixed an issue that allowed clients to book appointments outside of provider availability.

2. Fixed: Zendesk Chinese translation for Support link was incorrect.

3. Fixed: International phone numbers are now fully supported without formatting errors.
