Version 2.8 [Released April 22, 2024] Overview This release marks our fourth main release for the academic year 2023-2024. Highlights of release Version 2.8 include implementation of service naming conventions, improved booking workflow based on student feedback, enhanced calendar syncing, ability to create follow up appointments, improvements to the look and feel and fixes for bugs New Features Capacity and Utilization Dashboard Visualizations Enhancements Booking Workflow Google & Outlook Calendar Syncing Updates Zoom Account Disconnection Notification Removing a Caseworker's Global UN-Availability Improvements Service Naming Streamlining Bug Fixes New Feature: Capacity and Utilization Dashboard Visualizations Impacted users: College Users, Provider Administrators, Caseworkers In order to be able to access data about capacity (for the next 10 or 30 days) and utilization over the past three months, visualizations have been added to all users' dashboards. College Users, Provider Administrators, and Caseworkers can view data to monitor appointment capacity and utilization over time. 🖥️ Enhancement: Booking Workflow Impacted users: Clients Results from usability testing and incorporation of many sources of feedback has culminated in an updated booking workflow and design to the booking interface. Search for a campus Location (or use the ZIP code search to find a nearby location) The full set of service options are displayed Switching between campuses, services (and caseworkers) is streamlined The campus and service is auto-selected in the intake form There are also options for providers to turn on language selection. This requires additional language data be added about languages that each caseworker speaks. 🖥️ Enhancement: Google & Outlook Calendar Syncing Updates Impacted users: Provider Administrators, Caseworkers Recurring appointments are now included in the Calendar Sync. Removal of blocked times from linked calendars is also updated in Find Your Ally. If a Location and/or Caseworker are changed on an appointment, the respective linked Google and Outlook calendars will reflect those updates. 🖥️ Enhancement: Zoom Account Disconnection Notification Impacted users: Provider Administrators, Caseworkers Zoom accounts will disconnect when the user changes their Zoom account password. To stay ahead of these disconnections, an email is automatically sent to the support desk and the user's email in the system (if provided). Support staff will follow up to provide assistance. 🖥️ Enhancement: Removing a Caseworker's Global UN-Availability Improvements Impacted users: Provider Administrators, Caseworkers A Caseworker's global UN-availability settings automatically populate UN-available dates/times at all active locations. Previously, if global UN-availability was removed, the user would also need to remove that UN-availability from each active location. The system now prompts the user to choose if they want to remove UN-availability from both the global area and active locations when removing a global UN-availability rule. 🖥️ Enhancements: Service Naming Streamlining Impacted users: Clients, Provider Administrators, Caseworkers To keep the naming consistent, improve system data, and streamline the booking process for clients, we have started to implement consistent naming conventions across regions, providers, and schools. These changes will be streamlined over the next few months and incorporate your feedback on the naming conventions. 🐛 Bug Fixes We are always looking for bugs and adjusting the system. Of note, we fixed issues with manually adding new appointments or manually adding follow up appointments through the provider interface. Was this article helpful? Yes No
