 New Feature: Manually send Reminder Emails

A reminder email can be sent manually to a single client or multiple clients at once.

• Send a reminder email to one client from the Login dashboard (appointments in the next 7 days)
• Send a reminder email to one client from the Bookings page
• Select multiple clients to send a reminder to from the Bookings page

 New Feature: Intercept Survey

• We have observed that only about 35% of individuals that start an appointment search book an appointment.
• In order to collect information about why and how to improve, we have implemented an Intercept Survey.
• The intercept survey pops up when an individual starts the search for an appointment and then navigates away from the page.

 Enhancement: Booking Confirmation Page Redesign

  • Based on user feedback and testing, we have redesigned the booking confirmation page.
  • Added features include: a logo and link to the legal provider organization's website, UndocuLiaison info, the ability to easily Print confirmation and a streamlined Add to Calendar region
  • Zoom information will be included for any appointments that include a Zoom link generated through the appointment portal.

 Enhancement: Reminders that immigration legal services are only available to California Community College students, faculty, or staff

• Additional text was added to the intake form to remind individuals that the immigration legal services offered through Find Your Ally are only available to students, faculty and staff at California Community Colleges
• The selection from the role dropdown was no longer defaulted to student. Instead, clients will need to select a role in order to book an appointment

 Enhancement: Add errors to email log

• The system maintains a log to record when various automated emails are sent.
• Errors (such as when an email is not valid) are now added to the log to help identify issues

 Enhancement: UndocuLiaison information added to automated email templates

• UndocuLiason information has been added to the automated email templates (this will be fully updated once all UndocuLiaison data is added for each Location, around May 31, 2023)
• Provider Administrators can update the UndocuLiasion information as needed through the Location edit screen.

 Enhancement: Spanish Translation continues

• We have continued to add and edit Spanish translation (from a translator rather than Google Translate) to all of the public facing webpages and booking workflow. If you find a place with an error or missing translation, please reach out to lsapsupport@foundationccc.org

 Bug Fix: Reminder Email display timing was set to UTC rather than PST

• The displayed timing for the scheduled email reminders was not set to PST. This has been adjusted.
