Version 2.2 [Released June 9, 2023]

New Feature: Customizable Automated SMS/Text Messages

  • Each provider can customize the content of confirmation, reminder, reschedule, and cancelation SMS messages.
  • In addition, each provider can customize the content of the automated response that is sent if a client sends an SMS message to the automated phone number.
  • Please reach out for support on setting up these customized text messages at provider@findyourally.com

 Enhancement: Automated Email Templates

  •
    • There is now a date modified column on the Email Templates Screen
    • The Data Placeholders (i.e. [CLIENT_NAME]) can be utilized in the Subject field as well as the email body.
    • We added additional Data Placeholders to the email template options.

 Enhancement: Improved Availability rules

  • Previously, the Specific Dates rule could only be applied globally.
  • Now, specific dates are available at the Location specific settings in the Caseworker availability and the Service Availability rules.

 Enhancement: Improved booking workflow

  • Before, when users were searching for an appointment and switched months, the available date didn't switch to the selected month until a user clicked on a date in that month.
  • Now, when the month switches, the selected date automatically updates to the selected month's first available date.

Enhancement: Improved Date Filter on Bookings Page

  • Before, the bookings could only be filtered by month
  • Now, users can choose any date range to display bookings filtered by that date range

 Enhancement: Spanish Translation continues

  • We have continued to add and edit Spanish translation (from a translator rather than Google Translate) to all of the public facing webpages and booking workflow. If you find a place with an error or missing translation, please reach out to lsapsupport@foundationccc.org

Bug Fix: Outlook Calendar connection was pulling unnecessary busy times

  • The displayed timing for the scheduled email reminders was not set to PST. This has been adjusted.
