Save to Home Screen: Users can now add the Find Your Ally website to their home screen on both Android and iOS devices for quick access. Speed: Provides faster load times, along with quick access. Installation Prompt: First-time Android visitors will receive a prompt to save the web application to their device. IOS user can add Find your Ally to their homepages through browser settings and clicking "Add to Home Screen". New Feature: Push Notifications Stay informed with our new push notification feature: Important Updates: Receive timely notifications about critical updates directly on your device. Event Reminders: Never miss an event with scheduled reminders being sent out from FYA team. Customizable Settings: Manage your notification preferences for a tailored experience. New Feature: Bulk Holiday Management for Providers Provider administrators can now efficiently manage holidays across multiple locations: Centralized Interface: A new section in the admin interface allows for easy management of holidays for multiple locations. Automatic Availability Updates: When a holiday is added, all caseworkers at that location are automatically set to unavailable. Appointment Blocking: The system prevents new appointments from being scheduled on designated holiday dates. New Feature: Automated Welcome Emails for New Users This new feature streamlines the onboarding process by automatically sending role-specific welcome emails to newly added users. Each email type contains information relevant to the user's role in the system: College Users: College User emails include details about accessing and using the portal as a college representative Caseworkers: Caseworker emails provide information on managing appointments and utilizing system features for case management Provider Admin: Provider Admin emails outline administrative functions and responsibilities within the portal Password Links Included 🖥️ Enhancement: City Search is expanded Clients can now enter any city in California to search for nearby campuses. This enhancement improves the accuracy and convenience of appointment location searches for users in California. 🖥️ Enhancement: Preventing duplicate Emails and SMS message templates If there is an existing Email template or SMS template for the type, language, and service-location pair, users will be notified of the duplicate. This ensures users always receive the desired message and avoids duplicates. 🖥️ Enhancement: Caseworkers can be set to Active or Inactive Status Caseworkers can be set to Active status. This means their schedule of appointments is visible to clients for booking. Caseworkers can be set in Inactive status. This means their schedule is hidden from clients. 🐛 Bug Fix: BCC to Caseworkers The "BCC Caseworker" checkbox functionality has been restored.
