New Feature: Provider Administrators can add users as Provider Administrators

• Provider Administrator can add users as Provider Administrators and assign them to Locations

• Provider Administrators can also switch a Caseworker account to a Provider Administrator account

:thumbsup::skin-tone-4: Enhancement: Automatic removal of specific date availability older than 7 days

• For Caseworkers that use the specific dates option for availability, the selected days will be removed after 7 days have passed.

• This will allow Caseworkers to continue to add future dates without needing to remove past dates.

:thumbsup::skin-tone-3: Enhancement: Zoom meeting is removed from Zoom account after an appointment is canceled

• If an appointment is associated with a Zoom meeting, the Zoom meeting will be canceled from the Zoom account if the appointment is canceled.

Enhancement: Email and telephone validation added to booking intake form

• The booking form now checks for the structure of an email address and the appropriate length of a phone number before a booking is confirmed.

Bug Fix: 24 hour window in advance of an appointment applied

• The 24 hours/1 day in advance of an appointment rule is now applied accurately and consistently.

Bug Fix: Appointments for multiple Caseworkers at one Location

• If multiple Caseworkers are available at a location and the “Select Caseworker” option is not enabled, all appointments at that location will be displayed on the Calendar during booking
