👍🏾 Enhancement: Time Selectors click and close

• This makes the workflow smoother for selecting times: click on a time, and the dropdown closes automatically.

👍🏾 Backend updates

• Plugins were updated.

🐛Bug Fix: Added a “next page” indicator on Caseworker dashboard

• If there were more than 20 Caseworkers on a Provider Admin view, the second page was not visible without searching/filtering. This has been fixed with a Next Page button.
