🖥️ New Feature: Utilize a shared Outlook account between multiple Caseworkers or multiple Locations

🖥️ New Feature: Provider Groups

  • Locations can be assigned to a Provider Group

  • Caseworkers can be assigned to a Provider Group

  • Only one Provider Administrator can be assigned to a Provider Group at this time. We plan to allow multiple Provider Administrators to be linked to a Provider Group in the next release.

  • This additional organization allows for Caseworkers to disable all affiliated Locations, but not “disappear” from the affiliated Provider Administrator’s View.

👍🏾 Enhancement: Calendar communications are limited to only available days

  • Previously, the Google and Outlook Calendar connections were pulling in unavailability from everyday for 6 months into the future.

  • Now, the unavailability will only be pulled for Available days (either specific days or recurring days of the week).
