Version 1.10 [Released on January 17, 2023] 🖥️ New Feature: Utilize a shared Outlook account between multiple Caseworkers or multiple Locations One Outlook Account can be connected to multiple Caseworkers or multiple Locations. Each Caseworker or Location can be assigned a specific sub Calendar within the Outlook account. 🖥️ New Feature: Optional display of Caseworker name during “Your Info” step By checking a box in Location Settings “View name of caseworker during booking” When the box is checked, the Caseworker name will be displayed during the “Your Info” step of booking appointments. 🖥️ New Feature: Provider Groups Locations can be assigned to a Provider Group Caseworkers can be assigned to a Provider Group Only one Provider Administrator can be assigned to a Provider Group at this time. We plan to allow multiple Provider Administrators to be linked to a Provider Group in the next release. This additional organization allows for Caseworkers to disable all affiliated Locations, but not “disappear” from the affiliated Provider Administrator’s View. 👍🏾 Enhancement: Calendar communications are limited to only available days Previously, the Google and Outlook Calendar connections were pulling in unavailability from everyday for 6 months into the future. Now, the unavailability will only be pulled for Available days (either specific days or recurring days of the week). Was this article helpful? Yes No
