👍🏽 Enhancement: View active services or all services on Service Dashboard

The Service Dashboard now defaults to show only the Services that are active at the Locations linked to the provider. The filter can be adjusted to view All Services as needed. “Mine” are the Services that individual created new.

👍🏼 Enhancement: Only active services are options in the Location Custom Settings for Caseworkers

👍🏾 Enhancement: Intake form questions are included in Google and Outlook Calendar event descriptions

If a Caseworker or Location has a Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar connection, the client responses to the intake form are now included in the Event Description.

🐛 Bug Fix: Booking error if a client books an appointment through multiple open tabs at different locations

Previously, there was the possibility of an appointment booked at an unavailable time if a client was using multiple tabs with multiple searches. This has been fixed.
